053 – Why Telmarines Rule
June 13, 2012
If only sons of Adam and daughters of Eve can rightfully rule Narnia then how could someone like Prince Caspian and the other Caspians be rulers?
If you recall Caspian I was a Telmarine who was the initial king of Narnia from his bloodline. Each of his descendants, including the famous prince who was actually Caspian the tenth, were rulers in the land. The great adventures of latter are told in the second published story, Prince Caspian.
In the final chapter of that book the kingship question is explained by Aslan. He reveals that the first Caspian was from a group of pirates who came from Earth through a cave that was one of the last links between our world and the Narnian world.
